    New Sports Blessed by Global Warming ---- Swimming Across the North Pole


    To call more attention from the world to the climate change crisis we are encountering, Lewis Pugh decided to swim across the North Pole, WITHOUT a dry suit, WITHOUT a wet suit, yes just in a pair of shorts...... The water was -1.7 degree C (29 degree F). He swam for 1 km, duration 18 min 50 sec.
